Job Description
Job Title: Product & Growth Intern
Location: Ketto HQ Andheri West Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days On-site)
Mode: Full-time On-site
About Ketto
Ketto is Asias largest crowdfunding platform. We empower individuals to raise funds for medical social and personal causes. As a Product & Growth Intern youll gain hands-on experience in how digital products are built launched and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
Support the product team with feature research documentation and testing
Analyze user data to uncover behavior patterns and growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to test and optimize user acquisition & retention campaigns
Conduct competitor benchmarking and product gap analysis
Assist in tracking product performance metrics like engagement retention and conversion
Contribute to growth experiments and campaign execution across various channels
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering Business Marketing or related fields
Passion for product thinking user experience and data-driven decision making
Strong communication and analytical skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel Excel or Notion is a plus
Must be available full-time on-site for 6 months in Mumbai
