Position Summary
We are seeking a driven detail-oriented Sourcer / Junior Recruiter to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is perfect for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to learn tech-savvy and passionate about helping people find the right opportunities. Youll work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across a wide range of industries and job functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Indeed job boards social media and internal databases
  • Write and post job descriptions across various platforms
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and pre-screen for qualifications and interest
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Help build and maintain pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in sourcing recruiting or HR administration (internships welcome!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search and job board tools
  • Experience with an ATS is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
