You will ensure product roadmaps meet the most critical needs of our customers and effectively address quality issues. A successful candidate will be analytical and detail oriented capable of distilling customer insights from a broad and complex set of data. You are a problem solver that can effectively manage ambiguity capable of working cross functionality to deliver results. You are comfortable with technically complex subject matter and are able to communicate effectively on technical subjects.
Key job responsibilities
Manage team of Product Operations Managers including regularly coaching and mentoring
Create team goals aligning with cross functional stakeholders measure and report on progress
Create and implement the process for monitoring customer feedback channels and analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable insights for product teams to inform product planning
Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and analysis
Develop and drive mechanisms to effectively route customer issues to the correct owners and ensure they are quickly addressed
Earn trust and build effective cross functional relationships with product engineering design QA and BI stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize feedback gathering and analysis processes
Look for and identify opportunities including the use of AI and machine learning to streamline and standardize feedback gathering and analysis processes
- 3 years of team management experience
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining data management reporting and SQL queries
