Provide accurate information regarding telecom services billing inquiries & technical support

Inbound Technical support for telecom and software issues of U.K and US customer

24*7 shifts

Immediate joiners only

Required Candidate profile

Qualification 12th and above

Minimum 6 months of experience in voice process

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone

Strong problem-solving ability

flexible with shift

Both side cabs under 35km .

No caps on Incentive

Package- Negotiable- 5days working Both ways Cabs/ Rotational shift and Rotational Off.
