Job Description
Ford Credit a leading provider of automotive financing solutions is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Risk Manager to join our team in France.
This is a critical leadership role where youll shape and embed risk management strategy drive compliance and foster a strong risk culture across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Leading risk management across all key areas: Credit Operational Market Legal Conduct and more
- Owning and evolving the Risk Appetite Framework and ensuring alignment with Group and local governance
- Driving continuous improvement in risk modelling data quality and risk cycle management
- Chairing key risk committees and ensuring informed risk-aware decision-making
- Overseeing ICAAP Business Continuity and Recovery Planning
- Embedding a culture of compliance ethical conduct and fair customer treatment
Qualifications
The minimum requirements we seek:
- 510 years experience in a senior risk role within financial services
- Strong expertise across multiple risk types (credit operational residual value etc.)
- Proven success in developing and implementing risk frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- A collaborative leader who can influence across departments and geographies
- Ability to simplify complex risk concepts for diverse audiences
Our preferred requirements:
- Experience in the automotive finance industry
- Background in a global organisation
- Degree educated
- Ongoing commitment to compliance training and fitness & propriety standards
