About the Role Grace Company is seeking a motivated dynamic and proactive individual to join our Customer Relations Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
The ideal candidate is personable professional and adaptable-someone who takes initiative communicates effectively and genuinely enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities As part of the Customer Relations Team you may be involved in:
- Handling inbound customer service and product sales calls
- Making outbound calls to support customer needs or drive sales initiatives
- Building meaningful relationships with customers and dealers
- Participating proactively in Sales team and company initiatives
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Communicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal English
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A friendly confident and service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $17.00 $20.00 DOE
- 6 paid holidays as well as 2 floating holidays
- Paid time off
