Community Liaison Job Description:
Were hiring a Community Liaison to lead local outreach foster meaningful relationships and build our agencys presence across the East Valley senior care ecosystem. This is not a cold sales role its a people-first purpose-driven opportunity for someone who is already connected in the community or deeply passionate about becoming that represent The Next Chapter at community events senior living settings and local organizations. Your work will include outreach education visibility and volunteering. Were especially focused on hosting or participating in senior-centered educational events and community volunteering initiatives that align with our mission.
This is a full-time W-2 position with a base salary mileage allowance and performance-based bonuses and/or commission all designed to grow alongside the impact you create.
Community Liaison Responsibilities:
Community Outreach & Visibility
- Attend and support local events volunteer opportunities and senior-focused resource fairs
- Host or collaborate on educational sessions that serve older adults and their families
- Establish consistent presence within independent and assisted living communities
- Offer support in a way that builds trust and demonstrates our mission in action
Relationship Building
- Develop and nurture relationships with discharge planners case managers placement agents and community partners
- Follow up on inquiries referrals and warm leads in a supportive non-pushy manner
- Maintain and expand referral networks through meaningful ongoing engagement
Brand Advocacy & Strategy
- Share who we are and how we serve with heart not hard sells
- Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategy messaging and local engagement
- Brainstorm creative mission-aligned ways to show up differently than our competitors
Requirements:
- Someone active in or deeply committed to the senior care space
- A natural connector with strong emotional intelligence and integrity
- Willingness to volunteer regularly and support community education as part of outreach
- Strong communication skills with a warm professional presence
- Comfortable attending events traveling locally and being a visible face of our brand
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through and a collaborative team mindset
- Comfort with technology and modern tools is important we use digital systems for communication marketing and client tracking.
- Experience: Background or education in sales marketing healthcare or senior services is strongly preferred.
- Schedule: Typical working hours are MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with occasional evenings and weekends required for community events.
- Availability & Travel: Must have valid license reliable transportation and be willing to travel within our service area. We currently serve the entire East Valley and surrounding areas in Pinal County.
- Screening: Successful completion of a thorough criminal background check drug screening DMV record check and a negative TB test prior to employment. A fingerprint clearance card is highly preferred.
- References: Provide at least two positive references from past employment that demonstrate your professionalism and commitment.
