Job Description

Responsible for delivering of global domain-specific (e.g. Travel Supplier Management booking expenses etap etc.) consultation and development. The SME 2 optionally takes over steering of a functional area within the area of responsibility (displayed with S in the role definition).

> Conduct the daily tasks in the respective area of  responsibility (i.e. domain / operational area)
> Provide domain-specific or operational guidance input and support for recurring topics and for project-specific tasks
> Act as a point of contact for T2E stakeholders and relevant Bosch parties (e.g. risk or quality management end-users)
> Handle internal interfaces for the respective area of responsibility and connect parties on specific topics (e.g. for interface projects)
> Support requirements definition and testing for change requests in relevant IT tools
> Provide transparency and impact for domain specific or operational changes
> Seek business needs (T2E internal and external) and analyze market trends to continuously improve domain-specific or operational topics in the T2E organization
> Act as quality gate for process adjustments and change requests from a process or operational 


Qualifications :

  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration Economics or related fields
  • Experience in controllership accounting and/or financial reconciliation
  • Experience managing travel expenses
  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation
  • Experience in managing corporate projects
  • Experience working in multinational companies
