- 22.5 hours - flexible start and finish
PSG is working exclusively with a mining company based in West Perth to recruit a part-time Accounts Payable Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AP professional seeking flexibility with the role offered on a 2 to 3 day per week basis (initially 2 days).
Role Requirements:
- Relevant hands-on experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable (essential)
- Mining industry experience (essential)
- Experience with MYOB Advanced / Acumatica or other ERP systems (desirable)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Job Description:
- Process code review and verify invoices and staff expenses
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Create and maintain supplier records
- Prepare and release weekly payment runs
- Respond to AP and purchase order queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliation
- Support the finance team with month-end tasks
- Assist with general admin tasks including answering phones and ordering office supplies
