What success looks like in this role:
Provides presales solution and services for an assigned client base supporting direct sellers.
Provides technical services input into bid proposals projects and technical documents within the sales process.
Creates client facing Statements of Work for Unisys implementation and managed services.
Leverages sales skills to sell Unisys products/services at all levels within a clients organization.
Contributes to or makes decisions about how services solutions should be designed and implemented.
Expands and retains accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service is offered over the sales cycle.
Supports the development of cost elements and resource estimates as well as solution models.
Maintains a working knowledge of the industry and competitors and acts as a valuable resource for sales team members clients and other stakeholders.
Works with clients to perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical or procedural challenges.
Maintains accurate monthly forecast for services and solutions.
Works with minimal direct supervision.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
2-4 years of Information technology experience in project management technical inside sales or sales support. Prefer experience in the related fields of IT services server software storage area networking IT security or IT outsourcing.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of sales sales support and/or product/services management experience.
Has an exceptional knowledge of Information Technology products and related services and understands IT market.
Managed services outsourcing experience.
Knowledge of software application development is highly desirable.
Experience writing Statements of Work for implementation or outsourcing services.
Self-starter and demonstrates independence with managing work.
Driven enthusiastic persistent confident and highly motivated.
Ability to work in a team environment while also delivering independent results.
Strong ability to persuade be strategic motivate and influence others.
Excellent systems knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite with Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
