Job Description
Beautiful Beach-side Resort looking for someone to join our Spa team.
Pay: $17-$19 per hour depending on experience
Sounds of the Sea Spa is looking for a receptionist with strong customer service and computer skills. Some weekends required. Some salon or spa experience a plus.
Primary Function
- This position provides exceptional guest service to guests of Sounds of the Sea Spa while building guest loyalty.
- The Spa Receptionist greets and checks in Spa guests for their services answer phones and books reservations.
- Actively sell and orient guests promote and up-sell all aspects of The Madison Beach Hotel to all guests.
- Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional guest service skills and strong computer skills required.
- Ability to sell and cross sell to enhance the guest experience is required.
- Prior hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
- Flexibility in working schedule which includes weekends.
