You will handle applicant depositions MSCs lien conferences and analyze AME/PQME reports using your working knowledge of AMA Guides and the California disability rating system. If youre familiar with A1 software or open to learning it quickly even better. The team will invest in your training with senior attorneys who enjoy mentoring and guiding newer lawyers until they confidently manage cases independently.

Core Responsibilities:
- Handle depositions MSCs and lien conferences
- Analyze and apply AME/PQME reports within the CA rating system
- Draft motions and maintain case files
- Appear at hearings and conferences as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients while developing your independence under partner guidance
What Were Seeking:
- 13 years Workers Compensation defense experience in California
- Knowledge of AMA Guides CA disability rating system and AME/PQME analysis
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Detail-oriented proactive mindset with strong communication skills
