Their division produces a world-renowned range of laboratory equipment and consumables used globally across a wide range of industries. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction for an international client base.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Handling customer communications with clarity and professionalism
- Managing sales returns freight arrangements and courier bookings
- Supporting general sales and logistics admin tasks across the department
What Youll Bring:
- GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths or equivalent
- A tenacious can-do attitude and great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience
Even Better If You Have:
- Experience in logistics or sales admin within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with supply chain systems and email ticketing tools
