Job Description

Position : Paid Media Manager

Work Hours (Client) : 9am - 5pm EST - 4-6 hour overlap Mon - Fri

Pay Range : $1500 - $2500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : South Africa Philippines Latin America or Any Region

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

We re looking for a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts with a core focus on Google Ads. This role is essential in driving high-ROI campaigns that support growth across our digital channels. Experience in retail or healthcare environments is highly preferred given the nature of our campaigns and audience.

  • Plan launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search Display Shopping YouTube Performance Max)
  • Manage and track campaign budgets bids and pacing to maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to optimize ad copy landing pages and user flows
  • Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention through paid channels
  • Stay on top of industry trends algorithm updates and emerging ad formats
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement learnings to improve campaign outcomes

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as all roles will involve collaboration with the US-based team (accent is acceptable)

Experience: 5 years of related experience
Industry: Retail or Healthcare (preferred)

  • 5 years of hands-on related to the role
  • Experience managing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns (non-negotiable)
  • Proven success managing paid media in retail or healthcare industries preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize based on performance
  • Proficiency with ad management tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads Manager Google Analytics Looker Studio)
  • Experience managing six-figure ad budgets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
