Core Responsibilities and Tasks
Wastewater Treatment - On-site process start-up and operations leadership and support
Writes and modifies PLC and HMI programs for water treatment systems utilizing Rockwell / Allen Bradley and Siemens products
Controllers: Configures automation networks including Ethernet/IP ControlNet Profibus Profinet and Modbus
Size pipelines pumps blowers other equipment etc. based on site hydraulics
Lives by our safety program and drives engagement at all levels.
Conducts/performs semi-complex site surveys to develop base or installation design plans.
Identify coordinate and engage with other functional teams to complete assignments
Create equipment instrumentation and valve lists to be purchased.
Conduct in-person shop or jobsite reviews throughout the project.
May develop the planning and estimating of labor categories rates material dollar costs transportation expenses and per diem rates to complete complex proposals.
Guides and performs the review of complex-task plans drawings and installation schematics and provides continual guidance throughout task duration
Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in applying engineering concepts techniques knowledge or processes
Support the construction/project manager with the technical oversight of contractors.
Trains customers and other engineers to maintain and adjust complex tools test equipment and calibration items etc.
Writes and submits reports covering all job activity.
