Nurix is building the foundational infrastructure for generalist AI in the enterprise. Our platform powers intelligent agents that interface with real workflows data and decisionsacross voice chat and internal systems. Within 18 months weve scaled to support 200k developer interactions with usage doubling every quarter.
The Role
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) at Nurix are hands-on problem solvers embedded into customer success. Youll own the technical implementation of Nurix-powered agents for enterprise use casesworking across AI workflows API integrations and user experience. Youll also serve as the connective tissue between product engineering and GTM to make sure every deployment not only works but inspires.
Outcomes
- Own enterprise delivery: Become the technical lead and PM for key enterprise customer integrations post-dealowning timelines architecture and cross-team coordination.
Shape product through real-world usage: Interface directly with customers to translate use cases into prompt flows data mappings and agent architectures.
Push pilots to success: Ensure on-time high-impact deployments by closely collaborating with internal engineering GTM and customer stakeholders.
Drive technical design and scope: Identify whats feasible with current platform vs. what needs building. Translate ambiguity into action.
Champion Nurix internally: Share learnings from the field to shape roadmap priorities improve documentation and create reusable integration patterns.
Competencies
AI Native: Youre comfortable building with LLMs (OpenAI Claude etc.) prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Code-first: Skilled in Typescript/Node Python or equivalent backend stacks. Youve built and shipped products that talk to real APIs and users.
Clear Communicator: Able to simplify complexity for both engineering and business stakeholders.
Cracked: You dont just debug fastyou invent faster paths forward.
Structured Operator: You build scalable repeatable systems even under startup chaos.
Biased Toward Action: You dont wait for permission. You debug ship and iterate.

Qualifications
2 years experience in a technical role delivering software to customersstartup or enterprise.
