Job Description
Our client an international law firm is seeking a DCM/IPO Paralegal to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research preparing due diligence reports and performing site visits.
- Focusing on HK IPO with exposure to M&A and DCM work.
- Assisting with the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements.
- Providing administrative support to international legal counsel as may be deemed suitable.
Qualifications:
- Law degree holder.
- Experience in DCM market in Hong Kong US and China.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
