Quantity Surveyor
Location: Enniskillen Co. Fermanagh
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 60000 DOE
A long-established and respected civil engineering and road surfacing contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. Known for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects for public sector clients this company has built a strong reputation across the North West and border counties. Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients and coordinate with site teams
Organise and manage projects from setup through to completion
Conduct onsite measurements and compile valuations for submission
Monitor and report on project costs and financial performance
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout project delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role ideally in civil engineering or road surfacing
Strong understanding of public sector contracts and valuation processes
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within project areas
