WhatYoullDo
- Develop and customize Shopify themes applications and integrations using Liquid HTML CSS JavaScript and Shopify APIs.
- Actively leverage AI tools like Cursor Windsurf GitHub Copilot ChatGPT and other developer-assistive technologies to optimize coding efficiency quality and innovation.
- Directly engage and collaborate with international clients ensuring effective communication project alignment and successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues promptly ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Shopify stores.
- Ensure responsive design and seamless user experiences that meet client businessobjectives.
What You Bring
- Proven experience developing Shopify stores themes and custom applications(open to various experience levels; strong practical portfolio preferred).
- Familiarity with core Shopify technologies (Liquid templating JavaScript HTMLCSS Shopify APIs).
- Demonstrable usage of AI-driven development tools (e.g. Cursor Windsurf GitHubCopilot ChatGPT and other productivity-enhancing tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong willingness and comfort interacting directly with international clients acting as atrusted advisor to help them achieve their e-commerce objectives.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude with a focus on deliveringsolutions that provide real business value.
- A strong understanding of e-commerce best practices user experience (UX) principlesand conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements translating them intotechnical specifications and impactful Shopify solutions.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks or headless commerce ( ).
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira Trello or similar.
- Understanding of version control systems (Git).
- Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams.
