Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Provide support for hardware such as laptops desktops and monitors.
Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
Perform installs moves adds and changes as required.
Test and certify PCs.
Provide follow-up on problems escalations and requests.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according with the ticketing system.
Some travel.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Prior experience working in hardware break and fix installation desk side software support and / or service desk support
Customer Service experience
