Job Description
Are you a skilled billing and reimbursement professional with expertise in home infusion services Were looking for a Reimbursement Coordinator Home Infusion to join our team. Youll play a critical role in managing accounts receivable (A/R) billing and payor collections to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for infusion therapies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage home infusion billing and claims processing for medical payors (not RX/NCPDP).
- Oversee front-end billing ensuring accuracy in claim submissions.
- Drive accounts receivable follow-up and payor collections efforts to reduce DSO.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials underpayments and rejections.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and all billing regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue cycle goals.
- Utilize Excel Word and internal systems for tracking reporting and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Infusion billing.
- At least 1 year of recent/current experience in home infusion reimbursement.
- Strong background in front-end billing and medical payor claims (not intake or RX).
- Proven experience in payor A/R collections (not patient collections).
- 2 years of HIPAA-compliant documentation handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
- Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
