Job Description
Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects.
- The ideal candidate is hyper-organized proactive and detail-orienteda true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations.

- Youll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
- Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously ranging from $150K to $400K
- Leverage AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlook to keep projects on track
- Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work
- Thrive in a culture of high expectations accountability and collaboration
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
- A Type A personalityorganized proactive and driven to get things done
- Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlook is required
Must Have:
- Bachelors in Construction Management
- 4 years minimum working for a General Contractor a self-starter mindset and attitude
- Experience with AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlook to keep projects on track
Nice to Have:
- Experience with industrial projects
