Deputy Nurse Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 44500 per annum

Were looking for a compassionate experienced Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN or RMN) to support the leadership and delivery of high-quality nursing care at our clients beautiful Nursing Home. If youre a registered nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for leadership this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your nursing career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nurse Manager in the daily running of the nursing team
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing and care staff
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in creating and reviewing personalised care plans for residents
- Champion best practices in safeguarding risk management and quality improvement
- Lead by example in promoting a culture of equality inclusion and person-centred care
- Contribute to staff training appraisals and performance development
- Work collaboratively with GPs families and multidisciplinary teams
- Take on administrative duties and audits to support the Nurse Manager
What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC pin
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership or senior nurse role
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and adult care regulations
- Excellent communication team management and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hands-on care environment
- A full valid UK drivers licence (own vehicle desirable)
