Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the Role:
We are seeking a freelance trainer with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in EDI HQ software to deliver structured and engaging training sessions for technical professionals. The ideal candidate should be proficient in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) concepts and capable of designing and delivering a tailored training program based on the participants skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on EDI HQ software
Develop and share customized training materials use-cases and exercises
Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-time application walkthroughs
Address queries and ensure participant engagement throughout the sessions
Offer post-training support if required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience working with EDI HQ software
Strong understanding of EDI concepts mapping and data exchange workflows
Prior experience in delivering technical or software training
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to structure training for both beginner and intermediate-level learners
