Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting clear messaging maintaining brand consistency and ensuring the smooth execution of communication projects across departments.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development and distribution of internal and external communications
Support writing editing and proofreading of newsletters press releases and presentations
Maintain company documentation and ensure timely communication updates
Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events meetings and campaigns
Collaborate with leadership and departments to align messaging and branding
Monitor industry trends and contribute to strategic communication planning
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
