Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting clear messaging maintaining brand consistency and ensuring the smooth execution of communication projects across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and distribution of internal and external communications

  • Support writing editing and proofreading of newsletters press releases and presentations

  • Maintain company documentation and ensure timely communication updates

  • Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events meetings and campaigns

  • Collaborate with leadership and departments to align messaging and branding

  • Monitor industry trends and contribute to strategic communication planning


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
