Job Description
Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham (GSD Horsham) a biotechnology company is a member of the Eurofins Group with offices labs and production facilities throughout the globe. GSD Horsham is an international provider of rapid test kits for regulatory agencies academic and industrial research. At GSD Horsham our core strengths are focused on customer orientation fast service and high-quality products.
GSD Horsham is searching for a Laboratory Technician in Horsham PA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Compliance with all SOPs and batch records
- Preparation of reagents buffers and solutions
- Perform ELISA testingboth manually and on automated machines
- Bottle/vial filling sealing and labeling
- Kit manufacturingboth ELISA and lateral flow
- Microtiter plate manufacturing
- Antibody purification
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Scientific background (Chemistry Biology Biochemistry or related field)
- Strong computer scientific and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) with astute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Biology Chemistry or other related concentration
- 0-3 years of laboratory experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
The position is full-time Monday-Friday. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Horsham Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
