Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic inspections of castings according to internal procedures and customer specifications.
- Interpret radiographs to determine casting acceptability; document and communicate findings.
- Identify and mark defects on castings based on film analysis.
- Develop and adjust radiographic techniques for new parts or modified work to meet quality standards.
- Process and develop radiographic film for evaluation.
- Set up castings for radiography ensuring correct placement of identifiers location markers and penetrometers.
- Operate overhead cranes and casting carts to load and unload components into the shooting cell.
- Conduct tensile testing and assist in material analysis.
- Perform periodic checks using the spectrograph to support quality verification.
Qualifications:
- Must meet the minimum requirements for NDT Level II RT in accordance with SNT-TC-1A.
- Possession of a State or IRRSP Radiographer Card is required.
- Completion of a 40-hour Radiation Safety Training Course is required.
- Prior experience with industrial radiography and quality inspection required.
- Strong attention to detail safety-conscious and able to work independently.
Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
