Are you a dedicated mental health professional looking to lead and inspire Were searching for a Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about supporting clinicians and guiding high-quality trauma-informed care for children youth and families facing behavioral emotional and mental health challenges.
JRIs Childrens Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral emotional and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home in school and within their communities.
Salary Range: $68000 - $73000 (Based on years of experience; Incentive pay on cases ranges from $43 - 47 an hour)
Schedule: This position follows a hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office (for team connection supervision and collaboration) and 2 days remote (for documentation meetings and flexible workflow).
What Youll Do:
As a Clinical Supervisor you will play a vital role in shaping clinical excellence and team development at our Lynn Behavioral Health Clinic. This leadership position supports a team of outpatient clinicians while ensuring fidelity to best practices and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to masters-level clinicians pursuing licensure (LMHC track).
Offer ongoing training coaching and clinical oversight to support staff delivering therapeutic services to youth and families affected by trauma.
Monitor and ensure compliance accuracy and timeliness of clinical documentation including intake assessments treatment plans progress notes and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with the Program Director to oversee day-to-day operations improve program workflows and develop new clinical initiatives.
Participate in quality assurance and utilization reviews while supporting documentation audits and outcome tracking.
Contribute clinical insight to treatment team meetings and support interdepartmental collaboration.
Foster professional development and staff retention through strength-based supervision and reflective practice.
Provide occasional crisis consultation and support clinical escalations as needed.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with families community providers schools and other stakeholders.
