You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Customer & Production service group leader is mainly responsible for controlling information flow from the customers to all involved
internal departments as well as the suppliers.
Key tasks are maximizing customer on time deliveries maintaining acceptable inventory levels and reducing costs.
The role also supports and leads improvement projects and change management activities within the
value stream. This position interacts regularly with employees management senior management customers and
suppliers. The level of quality and accuracy displayed in the performance of this job will have an impact on the daily
operations of the department and ultimately customer.
Responsible for the management of inventory levels schedules and availability of selected item either manufactured
or purchased to meet production levels.
Communicate information as required to departments and personnel within the company.
Works closely with Logistics Engineering Purchasing (including incoming inspections) Manufacturing and Business
Unit Mangers.
1st level escalation contact for customers.
Analyze potential past due orders and the reasons/actions required to reduce or eliminate issues.
Ensure the plan is loaded into SAP properly accurately and timely fashion running the MPS so that supplier
schedules can be distributed.
Responsible for maintaining FG material inventory levels at target and good inventory accuracy.
Follow-up and expedite materials as needed to meet customer requirements
Receive EDIs analyze and then develop plan to meet customers demands. Build and maintain good relation and
partnership with customer.
Maintain updated all customer systems (Covisint DDL Smart Supply Power)
Responsible for keeping good relationship with the customer material planner (where applicable) and provide prompt
responses to customer requests

Bachelor Degree - Supply Chain Management Logistics Management Engineering in general Economics
International Trade etc.
Language:
English- Advanced level
German- Desired (Optional)
Experience in a similar role >3 years
Technical Skills:
ERP (SAP). - Advanced (Desired)
Microsoft Office (Excel PPT Power BI) - Intermediate
Automation tools (ej. Catalytic) - Basic
Working Knowledge of procurement planning / Leveling of production - Advanced
