Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Engineering Attendant to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. In this role you will provide crucial support to our engineering department ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe work environment.
Assist engineers and technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks especially related to mechanical and electrical systems
Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment such as HVAC systems lighting pumps motors and electrical panels
Set up and organize tools equipment and materials needed for maintenance and repair work
Conduct regular inspections and report any malfunctions or safety hazards
Support in the installation and replacement of mechanical or electrical components
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the engineering work areas and equipment
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and request replenishment as needed
Ensure compliance with hotel safety procedures and government regulations
Participate in safety training sessions and technical workshops
Assist in documentation record keeping and data entry tasks related to maintenance operations
Qualifications :
Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems tools and safety standards
Ability to read technical drawings or wiring diagrams is a plus
Strong attention to detail a team player and willing to learn
Willing to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays
Possession of relevant certifications in electrical safety or K3 (occupational safety) is an advantage
