Our Marietta location has an opening for a 2nd or 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Mounter) position. This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.
The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

Physical Requirements
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
