Starting Pay: $21.53/hour
Schedule: Full - Time 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Must have Open Availability including Weekends and Holidays
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly Join our team at the Holiday Inn Portland Airport where your skills will help create a safe comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest.
What Youll Do:
As aMaintenance Technician youll be the go-to expert for keeping our hotel in top shape. Your day-to-day will include:
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
Responding to work orders from guests and staff with efficiency and professionalism
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical HVAC plumbing and appliance issues
Maintaining and servicing pool systems landscaping tools and grounds equipment
Refurbishing furniture and fixtures including painting and minor carpentry
Keeping outdoor areas clean and safe year-round
Supporting a safe and secure environment by following all safety protocols
What You Bring:
At least6 months of maintenance experience(hotel experience a plus!)
High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications inHVAC Electrical or Plumbingare a bonus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. bend squat and stand for long periods
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
