- Overseeing HR functions inSpain France Italy and Portugal
- Work closely with stakeholders in managing day to day HR issues and also to mitigate risk in compliance
- Responsible for all HR matters including new employee on-boarding payroll preparation of HR letters training application of working visa etc
- Manage and update all employee information including leave application reporting line changes change of function etc in HR systems
- Responsible for the annual performance talent and salary review in collaboration with EU HR
- Develop and implement HR policies and/or HR processes
- Active participation in HR projects
- Work closely with HR colleagues within EU and China
- Lead a team of 3-4 HRBP
Your profile
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum eight years similar experience
- Excellent written and spoken command of Spanish and English.Language skills in French Italian or Chinese will be a plus
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- A team player with great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
