You will handle various aspects of field service support and customer relationships within our Laboratory Equipment (LE) division. You will provide sophisticated services on laboratory equipment including the following:
Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are remote colleagues since they commute daily to customer sites to provide service. FSEs are provided with a Company (Fleet) vehicle to allow for daily travel to multiple customer locations in their defined service area. Overnight travel of approximately 50% is required to service customers and participate in training programs. Expect up to 75% travel in the first year of employment to accommodate for training.

The primary territory for this position includes Louisiana and Southern Arkansas.
Minimum education is a high school diploma and 4 years of related experience
Preferred education and experience is a certification associates or bachelors in HVAC electronics or engineering and 1 year of experience in field service Depot repair manufacturing facilities or equivalent servicing medical devices or laboratory equipment etc.
