Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Country Corner Crew at Center Grove Orchard. The primary responsibility of Country Corner Crew members is to maintain the safety of guests visiting the Country Corner. As a member of our crew you will be entrusted with a variety of roles within our Country Corner area which is located by the CGO Express train station. If you enjoy interacting with people and contributing to a fun atmosphere this role is for you.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a member of our Country Corner Crew you will:
- Provide friendly and helpful directions to ensure a positive guest experience
- Assist U-Pickers in the Orchard Meadow or Patch
- Help guests locate their destination after the Hayride
- Perform safety checks on all activities
- Ensure guests are safely utilizing each activity and attraction
- Proactively address any litter or trash in order to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Other duties as assigned by Team Leads or Supervisor
- 14 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to handle working in warm and cold conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
