OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Scrum Master / Delivery Lead is responsible for driving delivery with urgency while keeping the team grounded in quality feedback and iteration. They will own sprint rhythms AQ coordination release schedules and stakeholder transparency.
- Lead all Agile ceremonies: standups sprint planning retros demos
- Own QA testing coordination and change management
- Monitor progress and remove impediments to delivery
- Serve as the glue between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track metrics (velocity throughput adoption) and drive continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- ALL Acumen employees will be vigilant to support the positive compliant cybersecurity company posture by familiarizing themselves with all policies procedures standards and guidelines and act accordingly.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years in Agile delivery project management or scrum master roles
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Calm under pressure outcomes-focused highly organized
- Experience delivering data or automation projects in an Agile environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Scrum certification (CSM SAFe or equivalent) preferred
- Background in BI/analytics or automation preferred
