Job Description

Due to company growth we are seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our team based in Leeds. This role is based from our head office providing crucial support to the wider business.


Location: Leeds

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30am-17:00pm)

Salary: Up to 25000

Responsibilities:

  • Goods receive (GRN) purchase Orders (POs) raised by various depots across the country.
  • Add lines / amend lines using information provided by the depots.
  • Liaise with depots to chase outstanding POs not GRN using a PowerBi report and resolve queries.
  • Work closely with the Purchase ledger department to ensure POs are GRNd to allow the invoices from Suppliers to be processed.


Experience and qualifications required for the role:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Experience in invoicing and raising Purchase Orders
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
