In this role youll play a key part in cultivating a workplace culture rooted in engagement inclusion and belonging. Youll support the planning and execution of high-impact internal events and employee programs champion purpose-driven initiatives and help bring our people and values to life across every touchpoint. This is more than a communications or events role its about elevating how our people feel connect and thrive every day.

What Youll Do:

• Bring Our Culture to Life: Support the delivery of memorable internal experiences from company-wide town halls to strategic sessions recognition programs and culture-building activations.

• Empower Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that foster connection collaboration and a sense of belonging across the organization.

• Drive Community Impact: Build and sustain relationships with nonprofit partners and coordinate employee volunteer programs that create real impact.

• Elevate Communications: Help craft compelling event materials and internal messaging including presentations invitations promotional content and post-event recaps.

• Support CSR Efforts: Assist in executing corporate social responsibility programs and tracking community engagement metrics.

• Manage Details Flawlessly: Coordinate event logistics timelines budgets and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution and unforgettable experiences.

• Measure & Evolve: Gather feedback track engagement and analyze results to continuously improve the employee and community experience.

About You:

• 2 years of experience in internal communications employee engagement event planning CSR or community relations.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for people youre energized by creating experiences that make employees feel seen valued and inspired.

• Experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations and supporting community impact initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.

• Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive you dont just follow a checklist you elevate it.

• A natural relationship-builder who thrives on connection and collaboration.
