Position Overview:

In this role youll play a key part in cultivating a workplace culture rooted in engagement inclusion and belonging. Youll support the planning and execution of high-impact internal events and employee programs champion purpose-driven initiatives and help bring our people and values to life across every touchpoint. This is more than a communications or events role its about elevating how our people feel connect and thrive every day.
Bring Our Culture to Life: Support the delivery of memorable internal experiences from company-wide town halls to strategic sessions recognition programs and culture-building activations.
Empower Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that foster connection collaboration and a sense of belonging across the organization.
Drive Community Impact: Build and sustain relationships with nonprofit partners and coordinate employee volunteer programs that create real impact.
Elevate Communications: Help craft compelling event materials and internal messaging including presentations invitations promotional content and post-event recaps.
Support CSR Efforts: Assist in executing corporate social responsibility programs and tracking community engagement metrics.
Manage Details Flawlessly: Coordinate event logistics timelines budgets and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution and unforgettable experiences.
Measure & Evolve: Gather feedback track engagement and analyze results to continuously improve the employee and community experience.
2 years of experience in internal communications employee engagement event planning CSR or community relations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for people youre energized by creating experiences that make employees feel seen valued and inspired.
Experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations and supporting community impact initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive you dont just follow a checklist you elevate it.
A natural relationship-builder who thrives on connection and collaboration.
