Aurecons Program Performance team is experiencing significant growth across Australia and were looking for proactive Project Managers to join our expanding national team. Youll work on a diverse range of infrastructure projects across Defence Government Social Infrastructure and Construction. Our team of experts will support your professional development helping you broaden your skills across various markets sectors and project stages.
Here are the key things you will do:
As a Project Manager youll build strong client partnerships and co-create innovative tailored solutions to meet their evolving challenges. You will:
Lead and manage both design and construction schedules ensuring alignment with client expectations timelines and specifications
Deliver projects from concept through to handover managing scope risk financials and reporting
Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle
Collaborate with our Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones
At Aurecon we believe diversity of experience brings diverse thinking. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who can demonstrate strong project management experience and a passion for infrastructure. Ideally you will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in a project management role
Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities
Strong documentation report writing and presentation skills
The ability to assess contractor documentation including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs)
Confidence in reviewing and interpreting design documentation
A proactive solutions-focused mindset
Qualifications in project management construction management engineering or a related field
