Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors staying active and being part of a hard-working team GFL Environmental is looking for a General Labourer to support daily operations at our facility.

What Youll Do:
Keep work areas clean and safe
Fuel trucks and equipment
Clean and maintain equipment (like tracks and tools)
Do basic yard workmowing litter pickup etc.
Operate site vehicles and tools (such as water trucks mowers or sweepers)
Help with light maintenance around the office (painting cleaning small repairs)
Direct traffic safely when needed
Take on other tasks as needed by the team
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED (preferred not required)
Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
Able to lift up to 65 lbs and move up to 100 lbs with help
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic math and communication skills
A safety-first mindset
What to Expect:
Work outdoors most of the time
Exposure to weather noise and moving equipment
A physically active jobstanding walking bending lifting climbing etc.
