Machine Operator
Nextracker is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Overmold Production team in San Jose CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Overmold (OVM) machines and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This position reports directly to the OVM Supervisor and is available on either the day or swing shift.
Leads Machine Operators Activities:
Operate Overmold (OVM) machines in a production environment
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each shift
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Prior experience with Overmold (OVM) machines is a plus
Must be able to understand and communicate in conversational English
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent output
Willingness to work day or swing shift as needed
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
Hourly rate applicable to California: $23-$26 per hour
