Make Contributions That Matter
Join us as anHR Administratoron a12-month fixed-term contractand become a key part of our Human Resources team supporting the full employee lifecycle at Saputo Dairy Australia. Whether youre just starting your HR career or bringing prior experience this is your opportunity to grow and thrive in a supportive fast-paced environment.
In this role youll provide essential support across a wide range of people-related activitiesfrom recruitment and onboarding to employee exits and HR systems administration. Your work will help ensure our people processes are efficient compliant and aligned with our values and culture.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:
- Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and managers.
- Manage recruitment administration including generating contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update HR systems such as Workday and SharePoint.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth start for new employees.
- Support the employee lifecycle by managing documentation and tracking key employment milestones.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives including service recognition programs.
About You:
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business or a related discipline.
- Either recent graduation or experience in an HR or administrative role.
- A proactive customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and exposure to HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus.
