Job Description
Throughout 2025 OCU Group has been experiencing a sustained period of growth. Due to this and our continued work winning success we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Fibre Surveyor to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will carry out audits to make sure health and safety and quality are at the forefront of focus
- Manage KPIs across the teams to drive delivery across the build requirements
- Ensure build quality is maintained & improved
- Feedback and improve the quality of build to the fibre engineers & fibre manager
- Assisting the fibre engineers with any onsite issues
Skills and Experience
- Experienced fibre auditor with good knowledge of the fibre build
- Excellent knowledge of PIA Network Build
- Full manual UK driving licence
- Good time management organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable
