Role Overview
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our clients Client Partnerships team. In this role you will keep projects on track communication flowing and internal teams aligned. Youll work closely with Account Executives cross-functional departments and external stakeholders to ensure every client experience is smooth timely and high-quality.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Account Executives and client teams.
- Assist with meeting scheduling calendar management and agenda preparation.
- Maintain client files track action items and prepare materials for client meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients for updates and inputs.
- Draft client communications meeting recaps and follow-ups.
- Support planning and execution of client meetings virtual events or workshops.
- Partner with marketing delivery and leadership teams for new business proposals.
- Participate in internal team meetings and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 13 years of experience in a coordination project support or client-facing role (healthcare or consulting a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and project management or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Asana HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare consulting or working with Epic clients.
- Familiarity with client lifecycle support contract processes or account planning activities.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
