Job Description: Imaging Service Engineer - Cardiovascular/Cath lab
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for imaging equipment in the cardiovascular and cath lab environments.
- Maintain troubleshoot and repair imaging systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with medical staff to resolve equipment issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and performance testing on imaging devices.
- Assist in the installation of new imaging equipment ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers and technicians utilizing imaging equipment.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of inspections repairs and maintenance contracts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role specifically within cardiovascular/cath lab settings.
- Extensive training and experience with GE or Philips imaging equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiovascular imaging services.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $140000 - $180000 per year (based on experience and interview performance).
