Job Title: Physiotherapist BPT MPT

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
- Implement effective manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain.
- Guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises to restore mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
- Document patient treatment and progress accurately in records.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Provide support and advice to patients and their families.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in physiotherapy.
- Conduct group therapy sessions when necessary.
- Instruct patients on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the practice.
- Participate in professional development and training initiatives.
- Conduct research to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).
- Masters degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) is preferred.
- Valid physiotherapy license issued by the relevant authority.
- Proven experience as a physiotherapist in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of treatment techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
- Ability to assess and diagnose physical conditions effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Capacity to manage a diverse patient caseload.
