To build and increase Parinaam s brand through digital media (owned media)
Improve metrics across all social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter)
Increase the website traffic
To meet the planned communication requirements
To chart out a calendar of events of different programs and ensure the branding requirements are met
To ensure brand alignment in the collaterals
To improve the quality of content photographs and videos used in the communication across different channels
Integrate activities across channels to ensure a consistent Omni-channel message.
Plan and execute all web SEO/SEM database marketing email social media and display advertising campaigns. Maintain a publishing schedule.
Implement social media initiatives for brand awareness and fundraising activities
Measure and report performance of online campaigns and assesses against goals.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
To garner visibility through Awards and Recognitions
Be the lead on website maintenance improvement and all other content.
Ensure compliance on all company guidelines deadlines and design standards.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Highly proficient in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytically sound to understand communications and marketing KPIs and convert them into insights.
Proficient in the JIRA Trello MS Office & Canva
Proficient with photo-editing video-editing and content development platforms such as Canva etc
