Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Immediate Joiner)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize promotional strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Contribute to team efforts and share insights with peers.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and manage relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Share a passion for the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
  • Ready for immediate joiner role.
