Job Description
Vice President Finance Controller
Location: Gurgaon
Budget: Up to 40 LPA
Industry: D2C / Foodtech Startup
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations at a high-growth phase as we gear up for IPO and expand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A budgeting and strategic financial modelling
Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP GST TDS Companies Act & SEBI norms
Oversee IPO readiness investor reporting & audits
Drive cost efficiency M&A support & scalable systems
Ideal Profile:
CA with 7 10 years experience
Background in profitable startups (D2C/FMCG/Foodtech preferred)
Strong in compliance reporting and fundraising
Prior IPO or investor due diligence experience is a strong plus
