The OT Deliver Lead will oversee the successful implementation and management of OT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational technology project management and team leadership. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our OT initiatives align with business objectives and deliver value to our stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the planning execution and delivery of OT projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Technology (IT) engineering and operations to define project requirements and objectives
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets providing regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring proactive communication and resolution of issues
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables
Provide technical guidance and support to team members promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Monitor and report on project performance metrics ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operational technology recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in operational technology project management
5 years of experience in OT systems (e.g. SCADA PLCs IoT) and cybersecurity principles
3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
3 years of experience in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Current project management certifications (e.g. PMP Six Sigma ITIL)
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience communicating and negotiating with stakeholders both internal and external
